This is the project I am just chomping at the bit to get started. A renovation of the home up on the hill and on some 80 acres will bring this early 1900 (or earlier) home back into shape. Adding a small addition on the back of the home for a modern kitchen, bath and master suite will be needed to really make it a useable space.
